diagnosed with Pulmonary Edema. Treatment given to release fluid from the lungs
- hospitalized for seven (7) days. Once member deemed ready for travel home,
Assist America arranged and paid for member to fly home in a commercial carrier
with a Medical Escort in business-class seating.
 
SERVICES PROVIDED: Medical Monitoring during entire hospital stay, Medical Repatriation from Bradenton, FL to Pennsylvania with a Medical Escort monitoring condition.
