SITUATION: Member was studying abroad in Australia and during break, went to New Zealand. While hiking, fell, fracturing ankle. Received call from member's parents and began medically monitoring member's care. Learned that member would require surgery and extended care during recovery. Flew member's father to his bedside and once stabilized, returned member to school in Australia to continue with studies.
