Assist America Announces Brian J. Mulligan Appointed as Chief Executive Officer

Princeton, N.J.—Assist America Inc., the global emergency services company based in Princeton, N.J., has announced that effective immediately, Brian J. Mulligan, President of Assist America, will also serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer, a position formerly held by George W. Howard, III, the company's founder and current Chairman.

Mulligan, President of Assist America, will also serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer, a position formerly held by George W. Howard, III, the company's founder and current Chairman. 

Mr. Mulligan has served as the company's President since January 1st of this year. Under Mr. Mulligan's leadership the company has increased sales, streamlined its global operations and explored new markets.

Prior to becoming President and CEO of Assist America, Mr. Mulligan had served as Assist America's attorney since its founding in 1990 and for two decades has been an integral part of every major decision that has affected the company, including the legal framework for the company's global expansion. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Mulligan spent his law career at Sterns and Weinroth, practicing corporate law and providing general corporate counseling to both public and private entities for over 20 years. He holds many professional memberships and appointments in the law community and was recently recognized by his peers with the honor of being named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers list in 2010. He resides in Skillman, N.J.
